Please allow up to 5-10 days for your order to be processed and delivered.

We are headquartered in Southwest Las Vegas, offering services to Las Vegas and beyond.
What is your refund or return policy?
All sales are final - no refunds or returns unless orders are damaged in the mail. Although this is very rare, if it occurs please contact us so we can assist you in exchanging your bike.
Will my e-bike arrive assembled?
All electric bikes are partially assembled in the box and very little assembly required. Simply stand up the bike box on the rear wheel and gently roll out the box . Assemble the front wheel, handle bar, monitor, air up the tires.
How long is the warranty for my e-bike?
1 year factory warranty on parts only. Labor can be done yourself or any bike shop that supports e bike repairs.
I want to pick up the e-bike locally, what should I do?
Pick up available in southwest Las Vegas by giving me a call. Delivery is also available for a $50 fee.
If the bikes' components get broken, where should I go to repair it?
All e-bikes come with a 1 year factory warranty done by sending an email to customer support. Another option will be to take your bike to a local bike shop to that does E-bike repairs. As for regular maintenance it could be done by its owner.
